Our Environment and Solid Waste Management or SWM intervention strives to facilitate public sector in planning and executing entire range of activities in SWM such as development of operational framework, procurement support, selecting partner for providing services, creation of waste processing facilities, transaction advisory and funding support.

Using past projects as a guide, we design customised solid waste management program that fits each client’s unique requirements. While client’s specific needs may vary, we typically design integrated waste management solutions that include waste prevention, reuse, recycling, composting, waste-to-energy, and landfilling.

We have also assisted multilateral agencies in collaborating with municipal bodies in implementing principals of circular economy. We have assisted municipal bodies in developing new model of execution of solid waste services such as collaboration with cooperatives in delivering services.

We automate Municipal Solid waste management activity monitoring by way of implementing Command and control centre and enabling it with mGovernance, Vehicle Tracking system and SMS based public grievance/complaint redressal system to bring transparency of operations and to render better civic services. Automated areas include Monitoring of Solid waste collection bins cleaning status, GIS based Geo-fencing, SWM Vehicles e-Tracking system and SMS / App based public grievance redressal system.
